All orders are shipped from USA for free within 24-48 hours of placing your order. Delivery times are from 2 to 5 business days depending on your shipping address in United State.

Return time :
If you wish to return an item purchased from pragmastyle.com, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to do so. The items must be in perfect condition with all labels attached. All returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with a brief description of the problem and pictures of the defects on your product and we will respond to you within 2 days.
We will send you a free return label and refund your money within two days of receiving your order. You have 30 days to return your damaged item after receiving it.
If you wish, it will be possible to exchange your defective bag for another one. In this case, we will pay for the shipping costs of the new bag and the costs of returning the faulty bag. The new bag will be shipped within two days after your request has been accepted.
Other return reason:
If you wish to return your order for any other reason than defective items, you have 30 days after receiving your order to do so. Write us at email@example.com, indicating your order number.
We will send you a shipping label to stick on the return package that you can give to any postal service. A fee per item corresponding to the cost of the return label and a $2 restocking fee will be subtracted from the total refund amount if you wish to return your order for reasons other than a defect.
We will respond to your request within a maximum of 2 business days and the return label will be sent to you the next day.

The refund is processed within two business days after we receive your package. Once the return process is completed, you will immediately receive a refund confirmation email. The refund for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s), the credit will appear on your next statement. All returns must be returned within 30 days from the day you have received your order.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your credit card or Paypal account again if it does not appear. Then contact your credit card company or paypal. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted to your statement.

It is uncommon for orders not to reach their destination. If the tracking number indicates that your order has been delivered to your shipping address please contact the shipping company as indicated on the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping company.
